These are real bacterial cells going through the asexual reproductive process of binary fission.....soooo cool! The cells are so bright because fluorescent imaging has been implemented. Enjoy!

Shelly is the class favorite because she loves people and loves to walk around the classroom. We refer to her as "The Turtle Who Thinks That She Is a Dog".
In this blog, I hope to keep updates of work that we complete in class, as well as post some interesting 'extras'.
